CONVICTED (2021) | backyard breeder and puppy farm dealer Stacey Skeet, born 15 August 1979, of Blaze Park, Wall Heath, Kingswinford, Dudley DY6 0LN – bred and sold puppies without a licence
Skeet, who also has a pet microchipping business, was charged with offences under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018 and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.
The proceedings were brought by registered charity Animal Protection Services, who investigate organised animal crime. The prosecution followed intelligence-led investigations into the unlicensed sale of puppies in the West Midlands area.
In October and November 2020 alone Skeet advertised several litters for a variety of breeds including German Shepherds, Shih Tzus, Labradors, Cavapoos, Cavachons, Cocker Spaniels and French Bulldogs. Skeet claimed in court that one litter of chocolate Labradors had died and said that she had advertised cocker spaniel puppies for friends.
When undercover investigators visited Skeet’s address to view the chocolate Labrador puppies they asked to see their mother. Skeet brought an adult female chocolate Lab in from the back garden. The dog did not interact with with the puppies at all. She smelled strongly of urine and faeces and was covered in dirt.
Deceitful Skeet pleaded guilty to the charges against her and was given a three-year ban on dealing in dogs.
Sentencing: fined £720 and ordered to pay £500 towards costs. Disqualified from dealing in dogs for three years (expires May 2024).
Licensing is in place for a reason to make sure the Animals and Premises are up to Spec.
Failing which this is the result.
Th punishment was not sufficiently harsh
She should nt be allowed to have animals at all if the dog was smelling of urine and dirty . A leopard never changes it’s spots so she ‘ll be allowed to have dogs again after 3 years . It’s a joke. Ban her for life nothing but a money grabber who cares nothing for the animals welfare only for herself . She’s on holiday in the picture by the looks of it.
She was on a day out at the beach with her dogs, which we do quite regular! Maybe you shouldnt comment on crap thats published , and tear down somebodys name when you dont know the truth! This ladys dogs are looked after better than some peoples kids! And yes i can have my say as i know her, & her dogs personally!!
Why was the dog dirty and smelling of urine if she looks after them better than kids?
Why didn’t it interact with the pups if she was claiming it was their mom?
Why did she end up in court if she cares for them properly?
Pups are selling for ££££’s she should have received a longer ban and higher fine to discourage others
She broke the law, she put her self in the line of fire, if her dogs are well cared for, how come the lab was filthy with muck and urine
She has been convicted by a court so she is guilty and should not be allowed to keep animals again. Should have been for life.

Well she she got me then i brought a pup 3k cost me yes i wouldnt change him for the world but then i was looking for a friend for my boy and she tryed charging me 3.3k for a dog and i fount same one 2.8k

Her face looks like it’s been puppy farmed……..its good she was found guilty by the court but she should have been banned from keeping animals for life and a much greater fine imposed.
