Fura and the Ward brothers, who are travellers, pleaded guilty to trespassing with intent to pursue hares with dogs, and being equipped for pursuing hares with dogs.

The offences took place at Kirton Fen, near Boston, Lincolnshire, in January 2024 and the men were sentenced on 31 July 2024.

The men were convicted using legislation introduced in 2022.

Sentencing | fined £1,000 each plus £485 costs and surcharges; five year criminal behaviour orders (CBOs).
